The Parkallen Newsletter welcomes submissions from community members. Submissions no longer than 1,000 words provided as MS Word or Pages text files are due two weeks prior to publication. Submissions may be edited for style and length.Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for upcoming deadlines.
The Parkallen Newsletter does not publish advertorials. Submissions may or may not be selected for publication. The Parkallen Newsletter cannot be held accountable for any unsolicited written or photographic material.
ADVERTISING RATES AND SIZES
Business Cards: 3.5” x 2” — $20
Quarter Page: 3.625” x 4.625” — $40
Half Page: 7.5” x 4.625” — $60
Full Page: 7.5” x 10” — $120
Print-ready advertising submissions to the Parkallen Newsletter are due one month prior to publication.
Classified Ads of no more 30 words in length are accepted free of charge to community members.
Advertisements from non-profit organizations directly benefitting the Parkallen Community are free of charge.
File formats are .pdf, .eps or .jpg and all artwork should be submitted at a minimum of 300 ppi.
Your ad MUST be clearly legible when printed at the size you book.

Payment is due in advance and can be made by:

Cheque made payable to the Parkallen Newsletter and deposited in the Community Hall mailbox
