Free Art & Music Community Outreach Classes: Updated Poster & Dates

The print version of the Parkallen Newsletter is distributed to approximately 1000 homes and businesses in the Parkallen area.

The Parkallen Newsletter welcomes submissions from community members. Submissions no longer than 1,000 words provided as MS Word or Pages text files are due two weeks prior to publication. Submissions may be edited for style and length. Please contact newsletter@parkallen.ca for upcoming deadlines.

The Parkallen Newsletter does not publish advertorials. Submissions may or may not be selected for publication. The Parkallen Newsletter cannot be held accountable for any unsolicited written or photographic material.

Advertising

Rates

Please note that we have updated our advertising rates.

We include paid advertising only when we have enough room.

Business Cards: 3.5” x 2” - $40
Quarter Page: 3.625” x 4.625” - $60
Half Page: 7.5” x 4.625” - $80
Full Page: 7.5” x 10” - $160

Classified Ads of no more 30 words in length are accepted free of charge to members of the Parkallen Community League. (please provide your league membership number when submitting your ad)

Smaller advertisements (business card) from non-profit organizations directly benefiting the Parkallen Community are free of charge. As with paid advertising, placement is contingent on available space in the layout. Please provide the organization name listed in the Alberta Non-profit listing.

Your ad MUST be clearly legible when printed at the size you book.

Transfer Details

All material must be submitted to newsletter@parkallen.ca.
File formats are .pdf, .eps or .jpg and all artwork should be submitted at a minimum of 300 ppi.

Deadlines

Print-ready advertising submissions to the Parkallen Newsletter are due two weeks prior to publication. The due date and other details will be sent when you book.

Payments

Payment is due on receipt of invoice.
E-transfer (details will be provided with invoice)
Cheque made payable to the Parkallen Community Association
