community mural project in 2026

Parkallen residents participated in a series of community consultations in Spring 2026, expressing unanimous support for a mosaic mural. The mural will come together from 300 individually painted tiles which will form a larger image of “Connection Trees” on the north-facing side of our hall.

Painting sessions for adults of Parkallen:

Come and enjoy an evening of creativity and adventures in wine.

Your community mural will be available for you to paint while enjoying a variety of wines from around the world along with some nibbles. Not a wine drinker?  No problem we will have other beverages for you to sip, along with non-alcoholic options.  Alcohol will be charged by the glass, non alcoholic options free.

Susan MacEachran

This drawing is of Susan MacEachran contemplating her garden. Susan loves Parkallen. Her favourite colour is blue. Art has been her career from the time of grey scale paints used to retouch photographs. She is looking forward to ‘playing’ with everyone creating our mural.
